The low altitude economy — drone logistics, urban air mobility, eVTOL aircraft, and the airspace management systems that make them safe to operate at scale — is moving from demonstration flights to commercial infrastructure faster than most regulatory frameworks can keep up with. This is a rare vertical where the physical asset (airspace) is entirely unclaimed: no legacy infrastructure to retrofit, no incumbent to displace, just a first-mover advantage for whichever region builds the ecosystem — manufacturers, operators, airspace management systems, and regulation — before the market matures elsewhere.

HOW WE BUILD IT
Low altitude economy ecosystems are unusually front-loaded on Policy — because the airspace itself can't be commercially used at scale until certification and traffic management frameworks exist, the regulatory sandbox has to be built in parallel with the first pilot operations, not after them. We connect manufacturers, UTM technology providers, and operators to test real routes and use cases early, then sequence vertiport and ground infrastructure investment to match proven demand rather than building capacity speculatively. Because this is a genuinely new vertical for most regulators, our Shared Services bench of aviation, airspace, and regulatory specialists does disproportionate work in the early Diagnose and Build stages of the Engagement Arc.
