Thailand

Bangkok

Thailand's capital runs two parallel economies a few BTS stops apart: a purpose-built CyberTech District around Southeast Asia's largest startup campus, and a century-old Silom-Sathon financial district now absorbing crypto exchanges and a $3.9 billion mixed-use megaproject.

Tech Ecosystems in Thailand

Thailand's tech economy has three distinct centres of gravity: Bangkok, where True Digital Park and a century of banking capital sit five kilometres apart; Chiang Mai, the original Southeast Asian digital-nomad capital, now also home to a university-led science park network; and Phuket, an island economy adding smart-city infrastructure and a fast-growing coworking scene.
