Branded the "Silicon Valley of the East" — a purpose-built R&D and startup campus that celebrated a decade of its flagship incubator programme in 2025.

Following its 10-year anniversary in 2025, JTC repositioned LaunchPad as "Asia's Flagship Startup Destination" — over 2,400 startups supported, with a network extending to 19 global startup nodes including Paris, San Francisco, Shenzhen and Jakarta.

A new park within one-north bringing together AI startups, researchers and industry partners to co-develop and testbed ideas — R&D-heavy firms in a campus setting, per one-north's original "Silicon Valley" concept.

Also sited within LaunchPad @ one-north, this NUS Enterprise and Singtel Innov8 partnership has been called by The Economist "the heart of Singapore's technology start-up ecosystem" — home to 100+ startups, VCs and incubators across three tracks: student, scaling, and deep tech. Since 2011 its global network has grown to 11 cities and supported 1,600+ startups.

Marina Boulevard

Starting at Raffles Place intersecting with Collyer Quay and running south, the One Marina Boulevard and One Raffles Quay, forming bookends of its northern terminus. Located along the road is Marina Bay Financial CentreGardens by the BayMarina South Pier and Marina South.

The CBD's traditional banking core, purpose-built for financial institutions since the 1980s. One Raffles Quay and One Raffles Place house international banks alongside fintech tenants.

Guoco Tower — Singapore's tallest building, rising directly above Tanjong Pagar MRT — anchors a precinct where restored shophouse offices along Duxton, Tras and Craig Road draw startups and tech firms, alongside Crypto.com's roughly 4,000-employee Singapore base nearby.

SIT's purpose-built campus at PDD is designed to host 12,000 students and 500+ faculty, integrating academia directly with industry — plus a new LaunchPad @ PDD opening in phases from late 2026 for advanced-stage startups.
