HOW WE BUILD IT

We start with Places — the actual routes, depots, and corridors a transit authority is willing to open up as pilot environments — because intelligent infrastructure ecosystems need real infrastructure, not simulated demand. From there we build the Platforms layer: the data-sharing and integration standards that let outside mobility ventures actually plug into public transit systems. Because this is a capital-intensive, long-cycle sector, we lean on our Shared Services bench of fractional mobility and infrastructure executives to compress the distance between "the network exists" and "the network is a venture ecosystem."
