THE OPPORTUNITY

Every government has a decarbonisation target. Very few have organised the industry underneath it — the green hydrogen and renewables manufacturers, the carbon measurement and verification (MRV) infrastructure, and the industrial decarbonisation services that hard-to-abate sectors like steel, cement, and shipping actually need. The gap between the target and the technology is where the ecosystem opportunity lives.

HOW WE BUILD IT

We start by diagnosing what a region actually grows, discards, and imports — the real feedstock and food-security picture, not the aspirational one. From there we build the shared pilot-to-scale infrastructure (this is where Places and Programs do the heaviest lifting), broker the anchor off-take relationships that give early ventures a first customer, and run the venture pipeline through our maturity model from subsidised demonstration project to investable scale-up. Our Shared Services bench supplies the agronomy, food-science, and regulatory expertise most regional ecosystems can't yet hire full-time.
