Our Network
Digital Districts is a network of ecosystem architects. We design, build, and operate innovation ecosystems on behalf of governments, property owners, and enterprise partners — turning places, policies, and capital into engines of measurable economic growth.
It means treating a cluster, precinct, district, city, or region as a living system rather than a piece of real estate or a policy document. We work across seven interconnected dimensions — Purpose, Places, Partners, Platforms, Policies, Programs, and Projects — to create the conditions where startups form, talent concentrates, capital flows, and industries take root.
Our network spans Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, and Europe, with active partners and projects across 14+ countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Hong Kong, and Estonia. We work locally through Managing Partners embedded in each market, connected through a shared global network.
Three main categories:Governments and economic development agencies — building innovation districts, attracting startups and investment, and growing high-skilled employment.Property owners and developers — activating assets and precincts with the tenants, programming, and density that drive occupancy and long-term value.Enterprises and investors — partners who want to plug into an ecosystem, sponsor a vertical, or co-develop a venture.
We don't hand over a strategy and leave. Our Engagement Arc — Diagnose, Build, Operate, Devolve — takes ecosystems from first principles through to a self-sustaining state, with our team embedded in delivery, not just advisory. We also build and hold our own ventures, so we bring operator experience, not just frameworks.
Against the outcomes that matter to each partner. For governments, that's typically startups attracted, jobs created, and capital deployed. For property owners, it's occupancy, tenant quality, and asset value. Across both, we track ecosystem density — the depth of talent, startups, partners, and capital activity over time.
