Paul has 15 years of experience where he founded and co-founded several companies such as Roiquant, WafaGames and ai.law. Roiquant received accolades such as the 'Best AI & Machine Learning Startup' at the ASEAN Rice Bowl Startup Awards 2019 in Brunei Darussalam.

Before establishing Roiquant, Paul served as a founding director for WafaGames, a mobile game development studio and ai.Law, a legal AI startup both based in Beijing. Paul's expertise focused on facilitating structured financing solutions for clients involved in public-private partnership and G2G projects in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Art and Social Sciences degree in Communication and International Studies from Monash University, Melbourne, Victoria State, Australia.
