Paska Darmawan is a researcher and systems strategist with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of emerging technologies, public interest research, and social justice. Their work explores how innovations can be shaped to enable systemic change that is scalable and inclusive.
Paska has led and contributed to high-impact research and consulting projects with global and regional organizations, such as the Fairwork Foundation (labors’ rights, platform economy), GIZ (AI ethics, green tech), and GoTo Group (circular economy, social innovations). Their practice blends mixed-methods research, systems thinking, and participatory approaches to surface insights and design interventions that are both best-fit and strategic. Across these works, Paska consistently bridges research, policy, and implementation to reimagine innovation ecosystems that truly serve the public interest.
Paska holds a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Applied Data Analytics from the Australian National University.
