Chris is a Senior Account Executive at Microsoft, and supports government agencies in advancing digitalization efforts. He previously worked as public policy manager for Facebook to promote digital literacy and online safety.

Prior to joining the private sector, Chris worked at the Supreme Court of the Philippines and the Department of Budget and Management contributing to government automation and ICT reform programs, notably spearheading the MITHI project as Head of Secretariat and TWG, in collaboration with DOST-ICT Office and NEDA back in 2012.
