Rizka has various experiences in managing partnerships with well-known digital and tech enterprises, Indonesian ministries and agencies, local government bodies, along with non-governmental organizations and communities. She has also cultivated strong project management skills. With her invaluable skills for outreaching to potential business partners, her ability to manage projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and build strategic relationships makes her a key asset for driving collaboration and expanding her team's network.

Beyond partnership, she is also a seasoned researcher in the realm of digital society. Previously, Rizka worked as a Research Officer at the Center for Digital Society (CfDS) with a focus on digital technology policy, digital governance, and the creative industry. With her expertise in such areas, Rizka has worked on various projects with public and private institutions with the likes of the Regional Government of West Sulawesi, GIZ Indonesia, and Google.

Rizka holds a degree in Public Policy and Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
